Job Responsibilities: Ensure to provide feedback with prospective clients on the progress of the job applications. Work with vendors, agencies and sub-contractors by providing the required information for job postings. Conduct an approved job offer by working closely with the management and human resources group on the details. Ensure to implement the recruitment cycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and negotiating compensation package. Establish career path and training's needed to ensure sustainable resources and compliance on competencies and qualifications. Follow established standards, policies and procedures in all recruitment activities. Work with quality team in establishing related procedures and training for improvements. Being to accept related roles in the organization not limited to recruitment and human resources functions. Qualifications: With at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment With prior experienced working in a fast-paced organization. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple assignments at the same time. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Quick learner and ability to negotiate effectively. Independent and motivated Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment.
