You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying high-potential engineering talent to navigating complex offer negotiations. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will ensure our hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our long-term product roadmap. Your work directly influences our ability to scale our technology stack and maintain the high-quality output that defines our competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: - Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for engineering and product roles to ensure we meet our aggressive growth targets. - Partner with technical leadership to define role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies that attract top-tier talent. - Manage high-touch candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that reflects our company culture. - Lead complex negotiations for senior-level and leadership positions to secure top talent while maintaining internal equity. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire metrics across technical departments. - Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of high-quality talent for future requirements. - Drive recruitment metrics, maintain hiring timelines, and achieve defined hiring targets. -Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels. - Identify and attract high-quality talent for Engineering and Product teams across various technical skill sets. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and closing candidates for specialized engineering roles, including backend, frontend, and product management. - Proven ability to manage leadership hiring, with a track record of successfully engaging and onboarding senior-level professionals. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build credible relationships with technical hiring managers. - Excellent communication skills to articulate our value proposition to candidates and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process. - Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across distributed teams. - 4 - 8 years of professional experience in technical recruitment, specifically within fast-paced product or technology-driven organizations.
