About the Role:

As a Technical Recruiter , you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing talented IT professionals with our clients.

You will:

• Source, engage, and build relationships with IT professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop a strong understanding of our clients' business needs, technical requirements, and workplace culture.
• Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and suitability through our quality screening process.
• Build long-term relationships while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

What You'll Bring:

• An interest in working in a performance-driven environment , including outbound calling to connect with prospective candidates.
• Enthusiasm for networking, relationship-building, and communication.
• Grit, determination, and a strong team mentality.
• C1-level English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous sales experience (including internships).
• Experience working in a target or performance-driven environment.
• Fluent Swedish.
