The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently. Duties - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview process. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress within applicant tracking systems. - Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to enhance sourcing strategies. - Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings to attract qualified candidates. Requirements - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role within the technology sector. - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terminology. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment for the duration of the three-month contract position.
