This role focuses on recruiting IT professionals across the North American market, including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, and AI-related positions. Job Responsibilities - Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and support ongoing recruitment needs. - Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates. Requirements - Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English preferred. - Candidates with CPT or OPT work authorization are welcome. - Candidates who wish to participate in the 2027 H-1B lottery are welcome to apply, subject to eligibility and applicable immigration requirements. - Previous experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or candidate sourcing is preferred, but not mandatory. - Familiarity with the North American IT job market is a plus. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical recruiting processes.
