Responsibilities The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in our full-cycle talent acquisition process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, with an emphasis on technical and engineering disciplines (manufacturing, automation, tooling, quality, maintenance, and related fields) while still supporting non-technical roles as needed. This role also includes managing and optimizing the organization's HRIS system to support data-driven decision-making. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, HR or related field from an accredited university. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role with exposure to recruiting technical or engineering positions preferred. - Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. - This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant’s ability to lawfully obtain access to such items. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment, including engineering, automation, technical operations, and skilled technical roles. - Experience working with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (GPS, Greenhouse, etc.) - Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines. - Experience with talent acquisition data analytics. - Possess advanced sourcing skills finding passive candidates for critical employee skill sets. Additional Requirements: - Must be able to work full time in Torrance, California and/or Fullerton, California - Must be able to travel locally to other HFS facilities Compensation and Benefits: If a pay range is identified for this job, it is based on a good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, market/business considerations, and/or location.
