Some of the key responsibilities will include: Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles. Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent. Assess candidates for technical competencies, role fit, and organizational alignment. Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tools or assessments to enhance hiring speed and quality. Provide salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning support. To be eligible for this role you will require: A minimum of 7 years' experience in technical recruiting preferably within an in-house environment Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills Strong track record of partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver results. Familiarity with technical stacks, cloud platforms, and ATS/CRM tools.
