Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit technical candidates through LinkedIn, portals and headhunting. - Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining. - Screen and interview candidates and coordinate offers. - Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, work permits, employment contracts and visa processes . - Coordinate with HR/PRO for visa, work permit, cancellation and onboarding procedures. Requirements: - 3+ years UAE recruitment experience. - Experience recruiting technical/engineering professionals. - Good knowledge of UAE labour and employment processes. - Strong communication and sourcing skills.
