Technical Project Manager & Quality Control — Internal Projects
# Technical Project Manager & Quality Control — Internal Projects **Auto Dealers Digital** · Casablanca · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Autodealers Digital builds the software 4,000+ automotive dealerships rely on to run and grow their business. AD brings inventory, leads, advertising, and reporting into one platform. About the Role: We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own our internal projects from start to finish — and to own the quality of what we ship while doing it. You'll be the link between stakeholders and the engineering team: planning the work, keeping the team unblocked, and staying close enough to the technical detail to challenge estimates and make sound trade-offs. This is a hands-on role — you'll run the ceremonies, manage the roadmap, and be comfortable sitting in an architecture discussion even if you're not the one writing the code. This is a dual role. You'll plan and coordinate the work, and you'll also be the person who checks it before it reaches users: test plans, acceptance criteria, defect follow-up, and release sign-off. If you like turning a messy list of requests into a clear plan, and you'd rather ask "why does that take three weeks?" than just write it in the tracker, this is for you. Note: this role requires Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) . Improving how we deliver — with data, not opinions — is a core part of the job, not a side task. What you'll do Project & team management Own delivery of internal projects end to end: scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and budget Turn business requests into clear requirements, epics, and stories together with the team Manage and prioritize the backlog so the team always knows what matters most Run the full agile cycle: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Coordinate a team of [X] engineers day to day — balance workload, remove blockers, protect focus time Work with technical leads on architecture and technical decisions, and understand their impact on scope and timeline Report progress to leadership with honest status, risks, and options — not just green dashboards Coordinate with product, design, and IT/ops on cross-team dependencies Keep project documentation clean and current in [Jira / Confluence / Notion] Improve how the team works: estimation accuracy, process, tooling, and actually closing out retro action items Identify recurring bottlenecks and waste in our delivery process, measure them, and lead structured improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma approach: define, measure, analyze, improve, control) Quality control Define clear acceptance criteria with the team before work starts, so "done" means the same thing to everyone Write and maintain test plans and test cases for each project or release Run functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on deliverables before they go live Log, prioritize, and track defects through to closure in [Jira / your bug tracker], and make sure nothing quietly ages out Give the go / no-go on releases, and document what was tested and what the known issues are Track quality metrics — defect density, escaped defects, reopened tickets, time to fix — and use them to drive the improvement work above Review requirements and designs early to catch problems before they become code Build up our QC process over time: checklists, templates, standards, and where it makes sense, test automation What we're looking for Fluent English, written and spoken — it's our main working language 2–3 years managing software or technical projects, including at least 1 year coordinating a delivery team A real technical foundation: a computer science background, or previous experience as a developer, QA/QC engineer, or sysadmin Hands-on QA/QC experience: writing test cases, executing test campaigns, and managing a defect backlog Comfortable with technical concepts — APIs, databases, environments, CI/CD, system architecture — enough to follow a design discussion and ask the right questions Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, running the full sprint cycle yourself Confident with project and defect tracking tools such as [Jira, Confluence] Clear communicator who can talk to engineers and to business stakeholders without losing either one Able to push back constructively on unrealistic scope or deadlines, and to say no with a reason Lean Six Sigma certified — Green Belt or above — with concrete examples of improvement projects you led using DMAIC, and the measured results you got Nice to have Scrum Master certification (PSM / CSM), PMP, or PRINCE2 Experience with our stack: [e.g. React, Node.js, Python, .NET, AWS/Azure] ISTQB Foundation Level certification Test automation exposure (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) or API testing Basic SQL or scripting ability Experience with internal tooling, platform, or IT projects specifically What We Offer: Competitive salary Real ownership: you'll ship features that dealers use every day, not sit behind five layers of process A team actively investing in AI tooling and workflows, not just talking about it Health coverage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: Casablanca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): will you be able to start immediately upon being offered this position? Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) (Required) Work Location: In person
