We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Project Coordinator) to bring structure, accountability, and consistent execution across our technical projects. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who thrives in complexity, communicates clearly, and can turn a chaotic backlog into an organized, trackable system in Asana. This role requires regular travel between our three locations: Seattle, Lynnwood, and Kirkland. You will lead recurring reviews of all technical projects, priorities, progress, and roadblocks. Responsibilities Run daily stand-up meetings with all teams involved in your projects — track what was done, what's next, and what's blocking progress Lead recurring Monday project-management reviews (priorities, progress, roadblocks) Travel regularly between our Seattle, Lynnwood, and Kirkland locations as projects require Build and maintain the Asana workspace for the technical team: projects, tasks, deadlines, ownership Establish consistent status reporting and progress dashboards for technical delivery Coordinate the technical/development team Follow up on deliverables, identify and remove engineering bottlenecks Track technical dependencies (e.g., API changes, model deployment, launch readiness, releases) Coordinate with the SEO/PPC/design PM on cross-functional handoffs Translate business goals into structured, trackable technical execution plans Manage delivery across SaaS platforms, AI/ML systems, mobile apps, and e-commerce Required Qualifications 3+ years managing technical/software projects Experience running daily stand-ups / Agile ceremonies with distributed teams Proven experience running Asana (or comparable: Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp) at an organizational level Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between Seattle, Lynnwood, and Kirkland Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, SaaS, and release/deployment processes Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable driving accountability with engineers Ability to hold context across multiple simultaneous technical projects without losing detail Required Exposure to AI/ML projects, mobile app launches, or e-commerce Familiarity with staging/production environments, QA, and launch-readiness processes Technical fluency to translate between developers and non-technical leadership Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have 3+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects?
