As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead local and regional integrations with client and partners, ensuring the successful deployment of payment and digital services. You will coordinate technical implementations, validate API integrations, oversee testing activities, and act as the primary technical interface between internal teams and external partners. Mission: - Leading local and regional integrations with partners. - He/she will be responsible for validating flows and APIs, coordinating technical setups, ensuring test coverage, and delivering operational documentation. - The role requires strong communication and autonomy to operate effectively with partners, including the ability to build local trust, overcome cultural barriers, and intervene physically or by phone when necessary to resolve issues. - Validate availability and completeness of flows and API endpoints (charging, cancellation, invoice, etc.). - Perform technical troubleshooting during integration phases by analyzing logs, API responses and test results, identifying root causes of issues, coordinating corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of technical blockers. - Draft, maintain and share clear technical documentation including starter kits and flow diagrams. - Coordinate local environment setup (VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP…). - Prepare and follow execution of testbooks with internal teams and external partners. - Validate technical & functional tests. - Support debugging and identify technical gaps during integration. - Ensure documentation is centralized and regularly updated in Jira, SharePoint… - Track progress and communicate blockers clearly with internal and external teams. - Work closely with the client's team (Business, Technical teams, Product…) and local partners. Requirement: - Min 5 years of experience in technical missions (development, network, telecom) and then in project management. - Familiar with API testing and debugging (Postman, Swagger, logs, REST, JSON). - Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
