Our product suite includes all the software needed to run and grow a wash, along with the related hardware and support services that keep it all running. Micrologic is seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to join our implementation team. This role will lead customer data imports, integrations, and conversions while working closely with customers, account managers, vendors, and internal Development and Operations teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical skills with excellent communication and project management abilities. The role requires the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot integration issues, manage implementation activities, and clearly communicate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Essential Job FunctionsData Integration & Implementation Lead customer data imports, integrations, and conversion activities from initial requirements through production. Coordinate with customers, account managers, vendors, and internal teams to establish requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Manage multiple concurrent implementation and integration activities. Coordinate testing, validation, issue resolution, and production readiness. Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and potential issues. Data Management & Analysis Collect, review, and validate customer data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compatibility with system requirements. Manage and maintain data templates and provide guidance to customers on required formats and fields. Use Excel and other analytical tools to cleanse, manipulate, validate, and transform data. Perform data mapping between source systems and Micrologic applications. Identify and resolve duplicate, missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data. SQL & Database Support Utilize SQL to analyze and validate data and troubleshoot database-related issues. Investigate data discrepancies, import issues, and other database problems. Perform root-cause analysis and work with Development to resolve technical issues. Support data integrity and system compatibility throughout the integration process. System Integrations Support integrations between Micrologic applications and customer or third-party systems. Work with APIs, SFTP, AS2, EDI, XML, CSV, and other data exchange formats. Samantha’s resume specifically documents experience across these integration methods. Develop and maintain data mappings and integration requirements. Coordinate integration testing and troubleshoot issues through resolution. Partner with Development and Product teams to identify technical solutions and system enhancements. Quality Assurance Perform quality checks on imported and integrated data. Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to production deployment. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and integration errors. Maintain processes and standards that support consistent data quality. Customer & Cross-Functional Communication Serve as a technical liaison between customers, account managers, vendors, Development, and internal teams. Translate technical requirements and issues into clear business terms. Provide regular project updates and communicate issues, risks, and resolution plans. Support customer questions, technical issues, and escalations through resolution. Provide technical guidance and training as needed. Documentation & Reporting Maintain documentation for data imports, integrations, templates, mappings, and troubleshooting procedures. Develop and maintain integration processes and guidelines. Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Provide reporting on integration activities, data quality, and project status. Skills & Knowledge 3+ years of experience in data integration, technical implementation, data analysis, technical account management, or a related field. Strong SQL and data-analysis skills. Strong Excel skills, including data cleansing, manipulation, and validation. Experience with data mapping, system integrations, data migrations, or customer conversions. Experience with APIs, EDI, SFTP, AS2, XML, CSV, or similar data exchange technologies. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise technology environments. Experience supporting complex customer implementations or integrations. Experience with ETL processes and complex data migrations. Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience with Python or other scripting/data-analysis tools. Familiarity with AWS, including Redshift and RDS. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Professional certification in a relevant technical field.
