You will serve as the primary technical and project contact between customers and our engineering teams in the United States and China. The ideal candidate has project-management experience and a solid understanding of electrical engineering, electronic hardware, circuit debugging, and test equipment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical and project contact for customers. Work with customers to collect requirements, clarify technical specifications, and define project deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, risk logs, and status reports. Coordinate electrical, mechanical, software, controls, manufacturing, quality, supply-chain, and field-service teams. Lead internal and customer-facing project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items through completion. Support electrical design reviews involving schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB/PCBA designs, BOMs, technical specifications, and validation plans. Track engineering progress, material readiness, equipment build status, testing results, and customer requirements. Coordinate equipment integration, circuit debugging, system validation, installation, and customer acceptance. Identify technical, quality, cost, resource, and schedule risks and coordinate corrective actions. Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for electrical, hardware, and system-integration issues. Conduct on-site visits to customer locations for project meetings, equipment installation, validation, troubleshooting, and technical support. Prepare project presentations, meeting minutes, technical reports, validation summaries, and customer updates. Provide customer feedback to engineering and product-development teams to support product and equipment improvements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or another related engineering field. Two to three years of experience in technical program management, project management, electrical engineering, test engineering, automation, or a related field. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Basic knowledge of electronic design, electrical systems, and circuit debugging. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, technical specifications, and test reports. Familiarity with electrical test tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies, or data-acquisition systems. Basic understanding of project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action-item tracking. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational, time-management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate project risks or delays in a timely manner. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Ability to work on-site five days per week in the Bay Area, California. Preferred Qualifications Experience with factory automation, custom automated equipment, electronic test systems, or consumer electronics. Experience supporting projects through the NPI lifecycle, from customer requirements and design through validation, installation, and delivery. Experience working directly with large technology companies, OEMs, or consumer-electronics customers. Familiarity with FCT, ICT, DAQ systems, sensors, motion-control systems, PLCs, or automated test equipment. Experience with PCB/PCBA, electrical control panels, wiring, signal measurement, equipment integration, or system debugging. Familiarity with DFM, FMEA, DOE, root-cause analysis, or engineering change management. Experience with equipment build, commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, or customer qualification. Experience working with international engineering, manufacturing, supplier, or vendor teams. PMP certification is a plus but not required.
