The Technical Product Manager w/ill translate Customer Experience into product requirements and manage technology solution design and delivery activities. This role will be working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, designers, engineering, and quality, to deliver exciting new innovations for Starbucks customers on our digital products. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Driving definition of user, business, and technical criteria for digital product solutions - Translating customer experience into product requirements - Facilitating high level solution design across teams and vendors as needed - Identifying, documenting, and developing planning around dependencies and constraints - Gathering, definition of, and documentation of requirements & acceptance criteria for design and development prototyping, engineering, and testing - Manage and drive communication of product delivery plan and roadmap - Be able to understand, represent and effectively engage and communicate goals and objectives across business and technology Qualifications - 1+ years of industry experience in an analytics, data science or technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products - Recent experience in building applications for web and/or mobile - Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities - Prior programming experience a plus font>
