The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, and enterprise software development, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into scalable product solutions that address customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cybersecurity and identity platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving market demands. - Security Requirements & Risk Management: Translate complex security threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and customer risk assessments into actionable product requirements, technical specifications, and prioritized remediation initiatives. - Technical Collaboration & Architecture: Work closely with software engineering teams, security architects, and technical stakeholders to design and deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud-based solutions. - Product Backlog & Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog by balancing engineering capacity, customer and commercial requirements, security vulnerabilities, critical patches, and strategic product initiatives. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure product features and development processes support relevant regulatory and security frameworks, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, in collaboration with security, legal, and compliance teams. - Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between cybersecurity engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable decisions. - Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging cybersecurity trends, evolving threat landscapes, and opportunities for product innovation. - Product Performance & Metrics: Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature adoption, security effectiveness, customer satisfaction, system reliability, and platform performance. - Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop technical documentation, product demonstrations, training materials, and enterprise-facing resources that support product launches and customer adoption. - Agile Product Delivery: Lead agile product development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and post-launch retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and timely delivery.
