Sigenergy is expanding its team in Ukraine, and we're looking for a talented and motivated Presales Engineer to join us!

Role Description： This is a full-time, on-site Technical Presales Manager role based in Kyiv. The Technical Presales Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations. The role involves working with clients to design solutions, answer technical questions, and provide guidance throughout the presales cycle. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical teams, supporting proof-of-concept activities, and ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business needs. The Technical Presales Manager will also contribute to documentation, participate in product training, and provide feedback to improve offerings and presales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical presales support to distributors, installers, EPC contractors, and customers.
• Develop technical solutions for Residential, C&I, and Utility-scale ESS projects.
• Support system design, equipment selection, and technical documentation.
• Conduct technical training sessions and product presentations for partners.
• Work closely with our R&D and product teams to address customer requirements and technical challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience with solar PV systems, inverters, and/or battery energy storage systems.
• Understanding of electrical distribution systems, grid connections, and backup power solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical communication with international teams.
• Experience with C&I or Utility-scale ESS projects would be a strong advantage.
