Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

Overview Our client, a leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer based in Singapore to support its growth in the Southeast Asia region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with enterprise customers, providing technical expertise and designing solutions that address complex IT infrastructure and operational challenges.

Responsibilities You will lead technical pre-sales engagements across the region, partnering with sales teams to understand customers' business objectives, IT environments, and technical requirements. You will be responsible for solution architecture discussions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Value (POV) engagements, translating customer needs into practical and scalable solutions.

You will also support RFP/RFI submissions and develop technical proposals, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements, security, compliance, and architecture standards, while sharing market insights to inform product development.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably within enterprise software, infrastructure performance monitoring, or technology solutions.

A strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solution architecture is essential, together with hands-on experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles. You should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, manage multiple customer engagements, and collaborate effectively with regional teams. The role requires travel across SEA region as needed.
