Technical Operations Manager - Belgium €3,000 - €4,000 per month + benefits Excellent Opportunity for a hands-on Technical Operations Manager to join our Client’s growing team. You will play a pivotal role in configuring hardware, managing stock, and coordinating equipment logistics. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with an interest in IT, AV, or digital technology who thrives in an organized, operational environment. Key Responsibilities Hardware Configuration: Configure, test, and prepare digital signage hardware in accordance with approved workflows and project requirements. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt of goods into our ERP system, maintain an organized warehouse, and ensure accurate stock control. Logistics: Serve as the primary point of contact for the logistics planning team, ensuring equipment is configured, documented, packed, and ready for dispatch. Technical Support: Maintain ticket accuracy within internal systems, provide status updates, and occasionally provide remote, out-of-hours support for on-site installation teams. Environment Ownership: Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse space, adhering to health and safety standards. Requirements Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PC hardware configuration, including proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems. Knowledge of IP Networking is essential. Operational Skills: Experience in stock control and warehouse organization. Ability to approach troubleshooting with a logical, methodical mindset. Communication: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal) to support our diverse customer base effectively. Physical Requirements: This is a physically active, hands-on role. You must be comfortable with manual handling and the occasional lifting of hardware (e.g., screens), in line with safe working practices. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to self-manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Pay: €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 per month Work Location: In person
