Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer (Civil Engineering) to join our Dubai office. This position is particularly suitable for a motivated fresh graduate looking to develop technical and practical experience in specialized civil engineering works.

The selected candidate will work closely with the technical and project teams in preparing engineering documentation, drawings, quotations, method statements, and project-related technical submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and material submittals.
• Support tender preparation, quotations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Assist in reviewing structural drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain technical records, reports, and project documentation.
• Support technical evaluations for concrete repair, waterproofing, and soil stabilization projects.
• Ensure technical submissions comply with project requirements and relevant engineering standards.

- Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering, reinforced concrete, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and estimation.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn specialized concrete repair and injection technologies.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous internship or project experience in civil engineering is an advantage but not mandatory.
