# Technical Manager - Swimming Pools **Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Technical Manager – Swimming Pools Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for an experienced Technical Manager – Swimming Pools with strong expertise in swimming pool construction, water features, hydraulic systems, and related MEP works. The candidate will oversee technical activities and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise technical works for swimming pool and water feature projects. Oversee construction of swimming pools, balancing tanks, pump rooms, filtration systems, fountains, waterfalls, and other water features. Coordinate civil, MEP, hydraulic, electrical, and landscape works. Review drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Supervise concrete, waterproofing, tiling, coping, finishes, piping, and equipment installation. Monitor site progress, quality, and subcontractor performance. Conduct inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover. Review material submittals and coordinate procurement of pool equipment and materials. Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation. Resolve technical and site issues and provide guidance to project teams. Ensure compliance with UAE requirements and company HSE standards. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 8–12 years of UAE experience in swimming pool and water feature projects. Strong knowledge of pool construction, filtration, circulation, dosing, hydraulic, and water treatment systems. Experience coordinating civil, MEP, electrical, and landscape works. Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction practices. AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency preferred. UAE Driving License is preferred. Experience with a UAE swimming pool or landscaping company is preferred. Work Location: In person
