# TECHNICAL MANAGER MEP **Mr. Ibrahim Ibrahim** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING – TECHNICAL MANAGER MEP Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Construction / MEP We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Technical Manager to lead and manage all technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects in Abu Dhabi. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP experience , with strong UAE experience. Proven experience as MEP Technical Manager / Senior MEP Technical Engineer on major construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP systems . Extensive experience in shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submittals, RFIs, design reviews, and authority approvals . Ability to review and coordinate MEP design, IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, and multidisciplinary interfaces . Strong experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution with Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines. Ability to lead the technical team and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities . Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, authority requirements, testing & commissioning, and project handover procedures . Excellent technical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be currently available inside the UAE. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
