Technical Manager – Infrastructure (RTA Projects)

• Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities for RTA infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, underpasses, and utilities.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with RTA requirements.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Lead and coordinate the technical engineering team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Liaise with RTA, consultants, designers, and subcontractors for technical coordination and approvals.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and construction-related challenges.
• Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and engineering progress in line with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.
• Oversee as-built drawings and technical documentation for project handover.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including technical management.
• Proven experience in UAE RTA projects involving roads, bridges, and underpasses.
• Strong knowledge of RTA standards, technical approvals, and design coordination.
• Excellent leadership, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
