# Technical Manager - Emerging Products **Advanced Information Solutions and Concepts** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Leadership Competencies Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities Proven project management skills, including planning, implementation, and resource coordination Ability to design, develop, and present effective technology solutions based on customer requirements Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Technical Qualifications (Hands-On Experience Required) Extensive hands-on experience in the installation, implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise storage, server, and switching solutions Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and related technologies Proven experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and other similar technologies Knowledgeable in cloud Ability to perform technical assessments, troubleshooting, system optimization, and solution implementation Customer Engagement & Service Delivery Must be willing and able to perform hands-on technical work when necessary, including onsite implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support Capable of engaging directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to lead technical discussions, presentations, and solution workshops with clients and partners Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring successful project outcomes Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant industry certifications in virtualization, cloud, storage, networking, or server technologies are highly preferred Several years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, or technology solutions delivery Experience in managing technical teams and customer-facing projects is an advantage Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Promotion to permanent employee Transportation service provided Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
