We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Operations to support the design, deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-grade private cloud and data-center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring telecommunications-grade cloud infrastructure experience , combined with expertise in cloud networking, Kubernetes, data platforms, observability, infrastructure automation, and security governance. Key Responsibilities Support DāSTOR and GPCN in the technical design and deployment of global private-cloud infrastructure . Develop operational architectures integrating compute, GPU, storage, networking, and cloud services . Support integration of private-cloud environments across geographically distributed data centers. Design and optimize cloud-network convergence , automated provisioning, and elastic resource allocation. Support deployment and operation of Docker/Kubernetes-based environments for high-availability workloads. Develop infrastructure monitoring and observability using technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK . Establish cloud infrastructure governance, operational procedures, security frameworks, and technical standards . Evaluate infrastructure performance, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization. Support integration of APIs, Terraform, cloud management platforms, and automation tools . Assist DāSTOR's international business-development teams with technical assessments, customer requirements, solution architecture, and presentations . Provide technical guidance to prospective customers and partners evaluating GPCN-based private-cloud solutions. Identify opportunities to integrate DāSTOR's encryption and information-security technologies into cloud and critical infrastructure environments. Support technical due diligence and deployment planning in selected international markets. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, or enterprise IT infrastructure . Strong experience with hybrid/private cloud architecture and cloud migration . Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, cloud networking, and infrastructure automation . Experience operating high-availability, telecom-grade infrastructure . Knowledge of network virtualization, Layer-2/Layer-3 networking, storage, and distributed infrastructure. Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or comparable observability platforms . Familiarity with Terraform, REST APIs, and automated provisioning . Understanding of cloud security, access control, governance, and infrastructure compliance. Experience with Hadoop, Hive, StarRocks, Spark, or other large-scale data platforms is highly desirable. Ability to work with international customers, technology partners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong technical communication skills and ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into practical business solutions. Telecommunications, carrier, data-center, or large-enterprise infrastructure experience strongly preferred. The individual would help ensure that GPCN's private-cloud capabilities can be translated into practical customer solutions while also identifying opportunities for DāSTOR's security and encryption technologies. Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90014
