Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage. Proven experience working as a Technical Manager or Senior Engineering Manager/Engineer. Strong experience in major building and/or MEP projects. Strong knowledge of technical design, engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical submittals, specifications, and construction methodologies. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers. Strong ability to review and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, RFIs, variations, and engineering challenges. Experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams. Good understanding of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, codes, and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE construction experience is preferred. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
