Experience in managing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) programs, troubleshooting, and leading shutdown or overhaul activities. Place of Assignment: Makati City Willing to travel Job Description Ensure optimal performance or diesel generators and auxiliary systems Analyze operational data to detect and correct issues before they lead to failures Supervise and coach technical teams such as mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Manage plant upgrades, retrofits and rehabilitation projects Coordinate with contractors and vendors during technical project execution Ensure full compliance with DOE, ERC, and DENR standards Prepare annual technical budget Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
