Technical Manager

• Lead and manage the technical team, including Draftsmen and Design Engineers.
• Review and approve shop drawings, detailed drawings, joinery drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, BOQ, design requirements, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Production, Procurement, Estimation, and Site Teams.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of shop drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with factory and production teams to ensure drawings are suitable for manufacturing.
• Provide technical solutions for complex joinery and woodworking requirements.
• Review cutting lists, material specifications, and production drawings.
• Support CNC programming and manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper material utilization and minimize material wastage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the joinery, woodworking, or fit-out industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Manager or senior technical position.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, interior fit-out, and installation processes.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and coordinating with production departments.
• UAE experience in joinery or fit-out companies is preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
