# Technical Manager **CHINA ENERGY CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO LTD - DUBAI BRANCH** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related majors; Hold intermediate or above professional and technical titles, UAE Registered Structural Engineer qualifications; Must pass the Dubai local technical competence test, and preference will be given to candidates with membership of the UAE Society of Engineers. Work Experience: At least 8 years of technical management experience in the construction industry, including no less than 3 years of technical management experience in Dubai residential construction projects; Led technical planning, construction organization design preparation and complex technical problem solving (such as deep foundation pit, high-rise structure construction) for large-scale residential projects; Familiar with Dubai's architectural design codes, BIM technology application requirements and local construction process standards. Professional Skills: Proficient in the technical management process of residential construction projects, able to independently compile special construction plans and technical disclosure documents and guide on-site implementation; Have the ability to review design drawings, manage technical changes and provide on-site technical guidance; Familiar with local construction material selection and alternative material technical demonstration processes; Skilled in using professional software such as CAD and BIM, able to promote technological innovation to improve construction efficiency. Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred, with excellent technical leadership and cross-cultural communication capabilities; Possess excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to on-site technical problems; Have strong learning ability, able to timely grasp the latest local architectural technical codes and cutting-edge industry technologies in Dubai; Able to effectively coordinate technical teams and handle technical docking work with design, construction, supervision and local regulatory authorities.
