# Technical Manager **Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting L.L.C** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 21 день назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### Top Skills & Match 🎯 **Ключевой стек роли:** `[Управление командой]` --- ### About the Role Position: Technical Manager Location: UAE Experience: 8–12 years in construction, preferably UAE experience Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all technical aspects of construction projects from design development through execution and handover. - Review and coordinate shop drawings, design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions . - Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. - Review project designs and identify technical issues, discrepancies, and constructability concerns . - Manage the RFI, technical submittal, material approval, and drawing approval processes. - Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements . - Provide technical support to project and site teams for resolving construction-related issues. - Coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural, and specialist subcontractors. - Monitor design changes and ensure proper implementation and documentation. - Assist in planning, cost control, value engineering, and technical decision-making. - Ensure all technical documentation is properly maintained throughout the project. - Support project handover, as-built documentation, testing, and commissioning activities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant Engineering discipline . - 8–12 years of construction experience , preferably with UAE/GCC experience. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical coordination, drawings, and specifications . - Experience handling consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant technical software . - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in commercial, residential, fit-out, or turnkey construction projects is an advantage. Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
