Technical Head

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the technical team.
• Manage installation, maintenance, and project execution.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, sales, and operations teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support technicians.
• Monitor safety procedures and site activities.
• Review and approve job cards, service reports, and completion reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, AV, IT, or related field.
• Experience in LED displays, digital signage, or AV systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project documents.
