The role will oversee technical planning, design coordination, project support, engineering teams, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient project execution and compliance with required standards and specifications. Key Responsibility Manage Mechanical & Electrical Design, Drafting/Coordination, Estimation, and Procurement teams . Lead MEP design for Design & Build projects and shop drawings for all projects. Manage technical and material submittals and coordinate consultant approvals. Oversee tender estimation, BOQs, and technical evaluations from the tender stage. Coordinate with site teams on inspections, RFIs, design clarifications, and variations . Ensure drawings and technical deliverables are accurate and issued on time . Oversee procurement requirements, verify material orders, and support supplier negotiations and technical/commercial evaluations . Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and project teams for successful project delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical MEP design . Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams . Proven experience in industrial, warehouse, and factory projects is a must . Strong technical, commercial, coordination, and leadership skills . UAE experience preferred . Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
