# Technical Engineer - Irrigation **Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Technical Engineer – Irrigation Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for an experienced Technical Engineer – Irrigation with strong expertise in landscaping irrigation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising irrigation works across landscaping projects in the UAE, ensuring works are delivered according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution Supervise and coordinate irrigation works related to landscaping projects. Ensure all irrigation works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, timelines, and UAE authority requirements. Coordinate irrigation activities from mobilization through final handover. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of irrigation works. 2. Irrigation System Works Supervise installation of irrigation pipelines, valves, pumps, filters, controllers, tanks, and related equipment. Coordinate installation of drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and automatic irrigation systems. Ensure proper execution of irrigation networks, valve chambers, sleeves, connections, and associated infrastructure. Coordinate irrigation works with civil, electrical, MEP, and landscape teams. Support pressure testing, flushing, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. 3. Technical Coordination Coordinate with consultants, landscape architects, project engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Review irrigation drawings, layouts, BOQs, material submittals, and technical specifications. Ensure proper coordination between irrigation, civil, electrical, MEP, and landscape works. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently to avoid delays. Attend project meetings and coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities. 4. Site Supervision & Quality Control Supervise daily irrigation activities and monitor subcontractor performance. Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and material inspections. Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor pipe levels, alignments, pressure testing, connections, valve chambers, and irrigation equipment. Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and site documentation. 5. Materials & Procurement Assist in preparation of irrigation BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requirements. Coordinate procurement of irrigation materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements. Verify materials received at site against approved specifications and submittals. Monitor material usage and assist with project cost control. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly irrigation progress reports. Maintain records for inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and site activities. Track project progress, delays, risks, and technical issues. Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation. 7. Testing & Commissioning Supervise pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of irrigation networks. Ensure irrigation systems are tested and functioning according to project requirements. Coordinate system testing with consultants and relevant project teams. Assist with final inspections, snagging, rectification, and handover. 8. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Enforce company HSE policies and safety standards across irrigation works. Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential site risks. Ensure safe working practices, proper housekeeping, and appropriate use of equipment. Monitor subcontractor and workforce compliance with safety procedures. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in landscaping irrigation projects. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, pipelines, pumps, valves, sprinklers, drip irrigation, and controllers. Experience coordinating irrigation works with civil, MEP, electrical, and landscape systems. Ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of UAE landscaping practices, authority requirements, and project standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred. UAE Driving License is preferred. Work Location: In person
