Ø Able to prepare and thoroughly check Bar bending drawings and schedule [Raft, Retaining Wall, Pits, Walls, Columns & Slabs] Ø Preparation of full civil shop drawings starting from mobilization plan, excavation, PCC, all RCC elements and as built drawings. Ø Able to prepare architectural shop drawings such as block work, RCP, stone cladding, wall and floor tiling and as built drawings. Ø Strong knowledge in checking subcontractor shop drawings such as aluminum windows and pergolas, HVAC , Plumbing and ability to identify all clashing locations with structural elements. Ø Well-versed with material inspection, site inspection request and all documentations for the project Ø Maintaining logs and coordinating with laboratory for all concrete cube test and soil compaction test. Ø Knowledgeable in quantity surveying works for both structural and architectural works Ø Experienced working with DDA (Dubai Development Authority) and Dubai Municipality, with a strong knowledge of using the portal for applying for all inspection requests. Ø Strong communication skills and management abilities in assisting construction activities with site engineers and supervisors. Ø Can join immediately.
