# Technical Engineer **noor alsahara General contracting** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Technical Engineer Department: Projects Industry: General Contracting Experience: 6+ Years - Roads & Utilities Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications and technical documents for roads and utility works. Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs and technical submissions for consultant/client approval. Coordinate with site, QA/QC, survey and planning teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Monitor construction activities for roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply and other utility networks in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Identify design conflicts and site issues, propose technical solutions , and coordinate with consultants and authorities for approvals. Maintain proper technical documentation, as-built drawings and project handover records . Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 6+ years of relevant experience in roads, infrastructure and utilities projects. Strong UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. Good knowledge of roadworks, utility networks, drainage systems, technical submissions and authority requirements . Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and government authorities . Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office ; knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage.
