Technical Engineer

Technical Engineer infra structure and underground utilities

We Green Stone Landscaping are looking for an experienced technical engineer having relevant background of infrastructure, underground utilities and infrastructure projects.

Brief of JDs are as follows:

Prepare conceptual design and developed design for landscape projects.

Utilized AutoCAD for effective project representation and client approval

Prepare shop drawings for infrastructure and underground utilities

Manage technical team, including engineers, draftsmen, and site supervisors.

Ensure smooth coordination between different disciplines MEP, Infra, civil & electrical.

Provide technical guidance and resolving design/construction-related issues.

Review submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for technical accuracy.

Conduct inspections and ensuring materials/workmanship meet standards.

Address non-conformance reports (NCRs) and proposing corrective actions.

Act as the key technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Provide technical justifications and reports as required.

Attend meetings and presenting technical solutions.

• Software:

AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Edu Req: BS engineering in Civil, MEP or equivalent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
