Fuel the Future With Us The role will work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, and solution architects to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports internal teams and end-users. How You’ll Drive Success - Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, system architecture overviews, API documentation, technical specifications, and deployment and installation guides. - Translate complex technical information into clear and understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand project requirements. - Ensure all documentation is consistent in style, tone, and formatting. - Assist in developing diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids. - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or senior management. The Expertise You Bring Education - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field. Experience - Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, PHP, and SQL) and a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Skills & Competencies - Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and documentation tools.
