Technical Delivery Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

Our client is a profitable, VC-backed platform powering mission-critical workloads for gaming, media, and AI companies globally. They own and operate their own hardware stack across 30+ locations.

Why This Role Is Exciting: This is not a ticket-pushing SDM role. You are the face of delivery for multi-million dollar enterprise deployments. You own the customer journey from contract signature to live production - deploying bare metal, network, and cloud in places no one else can. Direct access to CTO, high visibility.

What You Will Own:

• End-to-end service delivery for enterprise customers - from kickoff, implementation planning, to go-live
• Coordinate between Data Center, Network Engineering, and Product teams to hit SLAs
• Be the single point of accountability for complex, global infrastructure rollouts
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and customer communications - no nonsense, customer-first

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in Service Delivery / Technical Project Management in Cloud, Data Center, Hosting, or Telecom
• Experience delivering bare metal / colocation / IaaS solutions
• Strong stakeholder management - you can talk to engineers and C-level
• Remote, super organized, owns outcomes
