The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing appropriate technology solutions, supporting presales activities, conducting technical workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), preparing solution proposals, and supporting successful project handover to the implementation team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge across Cybersecurity, Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Email Security, SIEM/XDR, Zero Trust and IT Infrastructure , along with excellent customer-facing and communication skills. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis Engage with customers to understand their business, technical and cybersecurity requirements. Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops and assessments. Identify customer pain points, security gaps and technology requirements. Translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers. 2. Solution Design & Architecture Design end-to-end cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions. Prepare high-level and low-level solution architectures. Develop network/security architecture diagrams and solution designs. Recommend appropriate technologies based on customer requirements, risk and budget. Ensure proposed solutions follow industry best practices and security frameworks. 3. Presales & Support Work closely with the Sales team during the complete sales cycle. Support RFPs, RFIs, tenders and technical questionnaires. Prepare Technical Proposals, Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Materials (BoM), presentations and solution documents . Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations. Support commercial discussions by providing technical inputs and sizing. Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for solution validation, sizing and technical clarification Post Sales Support to customer for any kind of issues related to sold technologies 4. Proof of Concept & Demonstrations Plan and execute customer PoCs and technical evaluations. Configure and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions. Define PoC objectives, success criteria and test cases. Document PoC results and provide recommendations. Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during demonstrations and evaluations. 5. Cybersecurity Consulting Conduct security assessments and gap assessments. Identify vulnerabilities, configuration weaknesses and security gaps. Provide recommendations for improving the customer's security posture. Support assessments covering areas such as: Network Security Endpoint Security Email Security Cloud Security Zero Trust / ZTNA Identity & Access Security SIEM / XDR Data Loss Prevention Vulnerability Management Security Operations / MDR Map recommendations to relevant security frameworks and best practices. 6. Technical Documentation Prepare professional customer-facing technical documentation. Develop: Solution Architecture Documents High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Implementation Scope PoC Documents Assessment Reports Technical Presentations Maintain accurate project and technical records. 7. Vendor & Technology Management Work closely with cybersecurity and technology OEMs. Maintain strong technical understanding of vendor solutions. Participate in vendor training, certification programs and technical enablement. Keep up to date with emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry trends. Required Technical Skills Strong understanding of several of the following areas: Network Security & Firewalls Next-Generation Firewall technologies Endpoint Security / EDR / XDR Email Security Identity & Access Management Zero Trust / ZTNA Data Loss Prevention Vulnerability Management Cloud Security Network Architecture & Security Architecture Backup, Disaster Recovery & Cyber Resilience IT Infrastructure and Networking Preferred Vendor Experience Experience with one or more of the following technologies is an advantage: Sophos Check Point Zscaler Mimecast Forcepoint Netskope Trend Micro Darktrace Other leading cybersecurity platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related discipline. 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, technical consulting, presales or system integration. Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cybersecurity environments. Experience working with enterprise customers UAE/GCC customer-facing experience is an advantage. Relevant vendor certifications will be an added advantage. UAE Driving License is mandatory Preferred Certifications One or more of the following would be beneficial: CCNA / CCNP Security+ CEH CISSP CISM AZ-500 / Azure Security Vendor-specific cybersecurity certifications Other relevant cloud or cybersecurity certifications Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
