The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings, color renderings, project estimates, and product quotations based on project requirements, technical drawings, layouts, and supplier pricing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Drafting/CAD Technology . At least 1 year of relevant experience in estimating, CAD drafting, technical sales support, or a similar role. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office . Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Good understanding of cost estimation, quantity calculations, and technical drawings . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Review project specifications, layouts, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand project requirements. Gather project information from Project Managers, jobsites, warehouses, and other sources as needed. Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and bids based on project requirements and supplier pricing. Check quantities and ensure consistency between layouts, bid tenders, drawings, and other project documents. Prepare quotations using the company’s standard quotation format. Create and update 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp . Prepare color renderings and visual presentations when required. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Specify appropriate materials, item codes, quantities, and other technical requirements when requesting supplier quotations. Maintain and update cost keys, price books, supplier pricing, and estimating references . Analyze project information and resolve discrepancies affecting costs and quantities. Prepare and submit estimate reports, quotations, and bids to Project Managers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure all estimates, drawings, and quotations are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Project Managers, suppliers, and other teams to support project requirements. Follow company standards and procedures to maintain quality and accuracy. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
