We are seeking a dynamic, business-oriented, and technically minded Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of eCommerce platforms. - You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that eCommerce solutions are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and platform standards. You will play a critical role in shaping digital commerce experiences by gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting solution design, driving backlog activities, and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams and markets. - Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, UX designers, Data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality digital commerce solutions that enhance the customer journey and support business growth. This role requires a combination of strong business analysis capabilities, Agile delivery experience, technical understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, and a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities: - Business Analysis & Requirements Management; - Documentation & Traceability; - eCommerce Platform Delivery; - Backlog Management & Agile Practices; - Incident & Issue Analysis; - Stakeholder Collaboration; - Continuous Improvement & Innovation; - Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to support tracking, reporting, and performance measurement initiatives; Experience & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , Functional Analyst , Technical Business Analyst , or similar role. - Strong experience working within eCommerce environments and digital commerce platforms. - Experience participating in medium to large-scale digital delivery projects. - Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks. - Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process modeling, backlog management, and delivery support. - Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data, Loyalty, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools. - Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma is desirable. Technical Knowledge : - Understanding of Adobe Commerce (Magento) architecture and core eCommerce concepts. - Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, integrations, and distributed system interactions. - Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks . - Ability to understand and discuss technical implementation details with development and architecture teams. - Knowledge of eCommerce domains such as: Checkout; Payments & Gateways; Product Catalog Management; Customer Accounts; Promotions & Discounts; Loyalty Programs; Order Management; Delivery & Fulfillment; Customer Experience - Experience with third-party integrations and commerce ecosystem providers is considered an advantage. Language Skills: - Fluent English , both written and spoken (mandatory) - Additional languages are considered an advantage.
