About the Role We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of our mobile applications and digital products, including a new startup Laundry On Demand service . The role works across business analysis, product design and software development, translating business and customer needs into clear requirements and working closely with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, including ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing applications. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business, user and functional requirements. Analyse business processes and application workflows and identify opportunities to improve system functionality and customer experience. Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with stakeholders and software developers to translate requirements into practical digital solutions. Support the maintenance, enhancement and ongoing improvement of existing mobile applications. Collaborate with UI/UX and distributed development teams and review delivered functionality against requirements. Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and resolution of functional issues. Gather post-launch feedback and recommend improvements to applications and product functionality. Use appropriate AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, testing and product improvement, while validating outputs. Qualifications & Experience required Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Project Management, Business Analysis or a closely related field. Experience working with software, mobile applications, digital products or technology projects. Experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis and software development environments. Understanding of application workflows, APIs, databases and software development processes. Ability to communicate requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams is desirable. Experience using AI-assisted tools is an advantage.
