# Technical Business Analyst | Berkeley Heights, NJ (3 days Onsite) | F2F interview | Contract W2 **Next Gen Software Solutions** · Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (3 days Onsite / Week) Duration: Long Term Type: Contract W2 MOI: Face to Face Interview required for client round Job Description: Job Summary: - 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Cards. - Should be exp. on any programming language (.Net/ Java/ C++), who can read the code and change it in business requirement. - Good understanding of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, payment processing, and transaction lifecycle. - Gherkin - TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development), and DDD (Domain-Driven Design) are popular software development approaches that help teams write clean code, build correct features, and match business goals . - Strong understanding of card authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, refunds, and transaction processing. - Experience working with payment/card processing systems and third-party payment platforms . - Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, JSON/XML, system integrations, and interface specifications. - Ability to understand technical architecture, application flows, system dependencies, and data flows. - Experience with Microsoft technologies like .Net, SQL/database queries for data validation and analysis. - Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation. - Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar. - Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
