You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, data providers, and business teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and deliver impactful new features and integrations. Key Responsibilities - Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Partner with Product and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle. - Support Agile ceremonies, testing, UAT, releases, and stakeholder signoff. - Identify workflow and user experience improvements. - Act as a bridge between business users, Product, Engineering, and external vendors. - Gather feedback, monitor adoption, and recommend product enhancements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role within asset management, wealth management, or financial services. - Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset management data. - Experience with requirements gathering and Agile development. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with Morningstar, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar data providers. - Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, or knowledge management solutions. - Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools. - Exposure to CRM, sales enablement, or client intelligence platforms.
