The successful candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of business and IT solutions. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements. - Coordinate with business users and technical teams. - Create business requirements and process documentation. - Analyze and improve existing business processes. - Assist in system enhancements and implementation projects. - Conduct UAT and support issue resolution. - Ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders.
