# Technical Business Analyst **LOANWORKS TECHNOLOGIES** · Ortigas Post Office 1605 P00 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role This role supports our client in delivering a high level of service to its clients and contributes to the overall business success through efficient delivery of high-quality changes, ongoing support and enhancements in the production environment. - Perform business and technical analysis for assigned projects, changes and incidents - Gathering, validating and documenting business and technical requirements - Designing, developing, implementing and testing of solutions and supporting business transition and helping to establish changes - Proactively seeking out new and innovative solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet evolving business needs while ensuring quality and efficient delivery - Adherence to service levels and client contractual arrangements - Successful delivery of changes with high quality standards - Value added to each interaction with stakeholders - Adherence to company policies and procedures - Contribute towards a successful team environment Essential - Prior experience, in software development, test automation, web development, production support or system administration - Working with end users, suppliers and management to deliver business value Highly Regarded - Prior experience working with Australian mortgage lenders and servicers • Prior experience as a business focused Business Analyst - Experience with business process workflows, accounts receivable/payable, document generation, platform integrations, settlements, loan contracts Essential - Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload while maintaining quality standards - Excellent communication skills - Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders using a range of techniques, documents, and visualizations to suit the audience - High level of competency with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint - Experience in some of the following (or similar) tools: o Confluence, Jira, APIs, Postman, PHP, HTML, Power Automate, LIXI o SQL, APIs, Postman, PHP, HTML, Power Automate, Visual Basic o Teams, Visual Basic, SharePoint, PowerApps Highly Regarded - Business Process Mapping - Continuous Improvements methodologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
