This is a technical customer-facing role combining product promotion, application understanding, customer visits, demonstrations, basic installation/configuration and troubleshooting. The candidate will work closely with our central R&D and technical team for advanced software, embedded device and integration requirements. Key Responsibilities1. Product Promotion & Customer Engagement Visit laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, food industries, manufacturing units, warehouses and other potential customers. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable Labicon / ViSetu applications . Explain product features and benefits to customers in simple technical language. Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites or remotely. Generate technical enquiries and support the sales process. Follow up with customers for demonstrations, trials, quotations and implementation. Develop relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators and channel partners. Identify new application opportunities for Labicon and ViSetu. 2. Labicon – Technical Support Provide first-level technical support for Labicon Laboratory Software and Instrument Integration . Responsibilities may include: Understanding laboratory workflows and customer requirements. Supporting installation and configuration of Labicon. Assisting with instrument-to-PC/software connectivity. Basic troubleshooting of: Analytical balances Laboratory instruments RS232 / RS485 communication USB communication Ethernet connectivity Instrument communication settings Assist customers with software configuration and basic user training. Collect instrument details, communication manuals and technical information when integration is required. Coordinate with the central technical team for new or customized instrument integrations. Assist during testing and validation of instrument communication. 3. ViSetu – Technical Support Provide first-level technical support for ViSetu / ViSetu EMS solutions. Responsibilities may include: Understand environmental and industrial monitoring applications. Visit customer sites for basic application surveys. Assist in sensor/device selection based on application requirements. Support installation and configuration of ViSetu devices. Configure sensors, gateways and communication parameters. Assist with Wi-Fi/network connectivity. Verify sensor data transmission to the local server/cloud system. Check basic device communication and connectivity issues. Assist customers with dashboard, alarm and monitoring functions. Support basic troubleshooting before escalation to the central technical team. 4. Demonstration & Application Support The candidate should be comfortable conducting demonstrations of: Labicon Laboratory software Instrument integration Data capture Laboratory workflow Reports and records ViSetu / ViSetu EMS Temperature monitoring Humidity monitoring Differential pressure monitoring Environmental monitoring Wireless sensors Alerts and alarms Dashboard and trends Local/server/cloud monitoring The candidate should be able to explain how the product solves the customer's actual problem , rather than simply presenting software features. Technical Skills Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage: Instrumentation Laboratory instruments Analytical balances Sensors and transmitters Temperature / humidity instruments Differential pressure Industrial instrumentation Calibration concepts Communication RS232 RS485 USB Ethernet TCP/IP Modbus Wi-Fi Basic networking Software Windows Basic database understanding SQL fundamentals Web applications Basic troubleshooting Software installation/configuration IoT / Embedded Sensors IoT devices Data loggers Gateways Wireless communication Basic embedded-device troubleshooting Deep programming knowledge is not mandatory. However, the candidate must have sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with customers and the central R&D team. Customer-Facing Responsibilities The candidate will regularly interact with: Pharmaceutical companies Laboratories Food and FMCG companies Chemical industries Manufacturing companies Warehouses Cold storage facilities Hospitals / healthcare facilities Research institutions Instrument dealers System integrators The candidate should therefore have: Good communication skills Professional customer handling Willingness to travel locally and regionally Good presentation ability Logical troubleshooting skills Ability to understand customer requirements Coordination With Central R&D Team The Technical Associate will not be expected to independently solve every advanced technical issue . The candidate will: Customer → First-Level Technical Support → Technical Diagnosis → Central R&D/Application Team → Resolution For complex cases involving: Firmware changes New instrument integration Database issues Advanced software customization Embedded-device development API/server-level problems the candidate will collect the required technical information and coordinate with the central team. Education Preferred: Diploma / BE / BTech – Instrumentation Electronics Electrical Industrial Electronics Automation Mechatronics Mechanical with relevant industrial experience Also considered: BSc / MSc – Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology or related laboratory disciplines Candidates with relevant laboratory/instrumentation experience Experience 1–5 years of experience preferred. Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: Instrumentation Laboratory equipment Industrial automation Technical support Application engineering IoT products Environmental monitoring Pharmaceutical equipment Laboratory software Instrument integration Technical sales / business development Freshers with strong technical aptitude and good communication skills may also be considered. We are looking for someone who can become the local technical face of Labicon and ViSetu in Hyderabad & South States . The ideal candidate should be: Technical + Customer Friendly + Willing to Travel + Good at Demonstrations + Good at Troubleshooting This is not a pure telecalling or conventional sales position . It is a combination of: Product Promotion + Application Support + Technical Demonstration + Customer Support + Basic Implementation Performance Expectations The selected candidate will gradually be expected to: Build a customer base in Hyderabad and surrounding industrial areas. Generate qualified technical enquiries. Conduct product demonstrations. Identify application opportunities. Support trials and implementations. Develop relationships with laboratories, industries and dealers. Provide timely first-level technical support. Coordinate effectively with the central R&D/application team. Contribute to new customer acquisition and repeat business. Compensation ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum + Performance Incentives Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience in instrumentation, industrial automation, laboratory equipment, IoT or established customer relationships.
