Tech Recruiter
Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur Contract: 4 Months | Independent Contractor Agreement Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Normal Working Hours Compensation: Up to RM5,000/month (Lumpsum) What You’ll Be Doing Partner with hiring teams to understand technical hiring needs Source and attract IT/Tech candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels Screen CVs and assess candidates against technical requirements Conduct initial interviews and evaluate communication, cultural fit and salary expectations Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruitment experience , preferably with IT/Technical hiring exposure Good understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud/AWS and DevOps Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills Experience with LinkedIn and/or recruitment platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies Pay: RM5,000.00 per month Benefits: Free parking Work Location: In person
