Prepare technical documents like wireframes and threat models to refine and promote ideas/concepts through approvals. Conduct and document critical validation (System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) to refine new software features ahead of release. Work directly with software development teams to implement your new enhancements and debug failures. Coordinate and prepare end-to-end users for production release, provide implementation triage support as needed. Conduct post-launch evaluations to drive adoption and prove results of new features. Provide regular status updates and documentation to key stakeholders, ranging from in-path users to senior leaders. Implement new and improved processes enabled by systematic efficiencies. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in program, project, or product management for software systems in a manufacturing, warehouse, or reverse logistics environment; and two years of experience owning, documenting, and updating software systems that support business operations. Up to 25% domestic and international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $134,368/year to $183,300/year.
