# Tech Lead Mobile App (m/w/d) **Müller** · București 020276 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Tech Lead Mobile App (m/w/d) WHAT CONVINCES US - Several years of hands-on mobile development with deep experience in cross-platform development, ideally React Native, including at least one consumer app with a large user base shipped and run on iOS and Android. - Experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer, setting technical direction for other engineers and mentoring them, including in distributed teams. - Solid knowledge of mobile architecture: navigation, state management, offline behaviour, performance, deep linking and push notifications. - Proven experience connecting mobile apps to backend APIs and to customer login and identity systems, and with mobile build, release and production monitoring. - Substantial hands-on experience developing software with AI coding assistants and agents, with the judgement to know where they help and where they don't. - Ideally, experience with retail, e-commerce or loyalty apps, apps across several countries and languages, or migrating an existing app while keeping its users. - Pragmatic decision-making, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership for product quality and the customer experience. - Business-fluent English; German is a plus. WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE WITH US - Shape and evolve the architecture of our new customer app together with the team, driving key foundation decisions from tooling to build and release setup. - Stay hands-on by building critical parts of the app yourself, reviewing code, and establishing engineering standards for quality, testing, accessibility, performance, and security. - Drive an AI-first way of working within the team by setting standards and guardrails for AI-assisted development and exploring new AI tools and approaches. - Ensure the app meets its quality targets and that releases are reliable, covering everything from CI/CD to staged rollouts. - Act as the app’s technical counterpart for the backend, identity, commerce, and loyalty teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and potential gaps are identified early. - Support and mentor engineers, share knowledge across teams, and contribute to the assessment of technical skills during recruiting as a senior expert without disciplinary responsibility. - In close collaboration with the Product Owner, identify opportunities where AI and technology can create additional value within the app itself.
