Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in frontend development , including at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role. - Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and Bootstrap . - Ability to mentor and coach other developers to achieve better quality and velocity - Advanced knowledge of responsive email development , including inline CSS , table-based layouts. - Deep understanding of email client limitations and how to work around them (e.g., inline CSS, table-based layouts, etc.). - Demonstrated experience ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. - Familiarity with front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Gulp), version control (Git), and CI/CD processes. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
